On Monday, October 19, 2015, Nemnet will sponsor its 3rd Annual Diversity Recruitment Institute for Independent School Leadership.

The Nemnet DRIISL is a 1/2 day seminar/workshop that will focus on the obstacles and challenges that Independent School Leadership face in trying to diversify their faculty, staff and communities.

This institute is ONLY open to Independent School Heads and Board Members.

The Nemnet DRIISL will share over 20 years of diversity recruitment experience in independent school education and is designed to empower Heads and Board Members with information and resources to maximize their recruitment efforts.

It promises that participants will leave with concrete, tangible tips and strategies along with a comprehensive plan to address their individual obstacles and needs.

If increasing staff diversity and faculty retention is a sincere goal, this is a must attend workshop!
