This workshop focuses on the challenges, best practices and strategies associated with minority recruitment.
 
Participants will:

Learn how and where to access information and resources that will assist
them in meeting their diversity goals
•
Learn to use various technological tools as a means to increasing exposure
and access to minority candidates
   
This seminar is designed for: Individuals directly responsible for minority faculty and staff recruitment including Heads of School, Human Resource Personnel, Deans of Faculty, and Diversity Coordinators

This workshop will enable you to increase your effectiveness in your role as an agent of change. You will understand the fundamentals of evaluating your community, developing an agenda to address specific diversity challenges, recruitment management, and the art of consensus building to drive systemic change.

• Learn how to evaluate their community for the key diversity issues
• Learn how to develop a strategic plan to manage specific issues

Learn how to leverage resources to reduce the costs associated with minority recruitment
• Learn how to utilize consensus building to drive systemic change
   
This seminar is designed for: Diversity Coordinators, Heads of Schools, School Boards and any institution looking to develop and implement diversity initiatives.
